DESCRIPTION:Sensory Food Lab (Ages 1–3) \nJoin us for a playful\, hands-on food adventure designed for toddlers and their caregivers! In this fun and messy class\, little ones will explore foods through touching\, smelling\, squishing\, stirring\, scooping\, pouring\, and creating. Using child-safe kitchen tools\, fun utensils\, and sensory-rich food activities\, children will build confidence around new foods while developing fine motor skills\, sensory processing\, and early feeding skills. \nThere is no pressure to eat—just opportunities to explore\, play\, and learn! Through food-based sensory experiences\, children can become more comfortable with a variety of textures\, colors\, smells\, and tastes in a relaxed and supportive environment. \nPerfect for curious toddlers\, picky eaters\, sensory seekers\, and families looking for a fun way to encourage food exploration and positive mealtime experiences. \nExpect: messy play\, food exploration\, sensory activities\, fine motor development\, and lots of fun! \nLed by pediatric occupational therapist Rebeca Sternbach\, OTR/L. \nIncluded in the Born to Be Wild Summer Class Pass.
