General Questions

Do I need a reservation?

While we don’t require a reservation, it is recommended that you book your open play session online before coming in. If we are sold out, we cannot accommodate any walk ins.

Do you sell food and coffee?

YES! We sell prepackaged snacks for both adults and children. We also have a commercial coffee machine with hot coffee beverages and cold bottled beverages for purchase.

Can I bring my own food and snacks?

YES BUT NO NUT PRODUCTS PLEASE! We just ask that you do not bring any food into the play area and clean up after yourself after eating.

Do you offer memberships and giftcards?

Yes and yes! We offer monthly and annual memberships for all family sizes. We also offer giftcards.

Can you book a private play date at Wild Child?
Yes, please email info@wildchildplayco.com for more information.
Do you charge for adults?

One adult per child is free.

How do you ensure that the space is kept clean?

Our staff will clean as needed and in between play sessions with organic cleaning products only. We also will have a professional cleaning service.

What are the appropriate ages for Wild Child Play Co.?

Our general play space is best suited for children aged 6 months-6 years old. While the space is best for kids within this range we will always have activities available for kids 6+ as well.

Who is responsible for my child?

Parents and caregivers are fully responsible for their children at all times while at Wild Child Play Co. Children cannot be left unattended and caregivers may not leave the premises unless explicitly stated in the class description. Parents and caregivers will have to sign a waiver acknowledging this upon arrival.

Party Questions

Can I book my party any day that I’d like?

We reserve the weekends for birthday parties and offer three different time options on each day. If you’re interested in a time or day that is not listed, please feel free to email at info@wildchildplayco.com and we can discuss other options.

If I choose one of the higher tier party packages, who sets up my party?

We do all the set up for all of our parties. If you choose to bring your own decor, we ask that you drop it off sometime in the week before your party.

Who cleans up after my party is over?

We do! You can leave as soon as the party is over with your tired out birthday kid and leave all the clean up to us!

How many kids are included in my party package?

We include the first 20 children, each additional kid is $15 up to 30 kids.

How long is my party?

Each party is 2 hours long. You may arrive up to 30 minutes before the start time for set up.

Can I bring in outside vendors?

Please check with us before booking any outside vendor. Most options are available through our partnerships so before booking else where please reach out to see if we can offer assistance.
